I teach value-driven coaches how to create their own coaching structure that works for their lives and delivers undeniable client results. I grew my business by focusing on the craft of coaching and how to best serve my clients, and that’s what I teach my clients to do too.

After years as a general life coach, I shifted my focus to mastering the skill of coaching.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to have certain certifications/qualifications/prerequisites?

Nope! Coaching Masters welcomes coaches with all backgrounds, certifications, training, etc. The only prerequisite is The Coach Lab, my foundational program that will help you create a practice based on strong foundations and give you every tool you need to be a great coach.
(see next question for more details)

Do I have to be a member of The Coach Lab in order to join the Coaching Masters Mastermind?

Yes, and if selected you will receive a link to purchase both together. (there is more information on this in the application itself)

Do I have to be making a certain amount of money as a coach?

No, the only requirement is that you have some experience coaching! If you do NOT have any coaching experience, The Coach Lab is a great place to start.

Inside of Coaching Masters we have had coaches with varying backgrounds such as having booming businesses of their own, coaching in other communities, or coaching as an addition to another offer (ex: financial planner that also offers coaching to their clients)

Is this for me?

This is for you if you’re a coach in any niche that is ready to move from foundations to mastery with your own style and process. It’s for any coach who is currently working with clients or coaching for someone else that is looking to transition out on their own (or working for someone else but has autonomy over the coaching style and process they use).

When/where do we start?

This round of Coaching Masters starts on January 31st. Calls are on Zoom every Tuesday for 6 months (26 calls) 12-1pm ET.

Do I have to be live on every call?

Attendance on the live calls is an integral part of the mastermind. That being said, Lindsay always encourages time off for family, vacations, sick days, etc. In these instances replays are always available in the client portal.

Will Lindsay be on every call?

Just as Lindsay encourages her clients to take time off, she does too. That being said, she is on most calls and in the instances she needs to miss she supplies an exceptional guest coach that is familiar with the Coaching Masters process OR has an expertise of their own that pairs beautifully.
